On Sumba, we have revived the Pasola festival exclusively for guests. In Bali, firelight framed a Kecak performance reimagined for just a few. With the Dani in West Papua, a celebratory feast was prepared—an act of shared respect, rarely extended to outsiders.

We’ve facilitated encounters with highland tribes only recently contacted; our guests among the first ever to be welcomed in.

Last week at @pure_theshow, we reconnected with old friends, forged new relationships, and came away with fresh insights and pride in what we do best.

We heard from many how much our work resonates; for the way we shape each journey with imagination, creativity, care and purpose.

This year also marked a special milestone, as we introduced Sophie and James in their official new roles as Directors. Their leadership reflects where we’re headed: evolving with purpose, growing with clarity and collaboration, and staying true to the values that have guided us from the beginning.
